  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar, marshmallows and soda in a large bowl. Set aside.

    Bring margarine, shortening, cocoa and Coke to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Pour over the flour mixture.

    Add buttermilk and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Pour into 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
