- 6 to 8 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Directions

1Simmer squash in salted water until tender; drain.

2Place squash and cream cheese in casserole.

3Mash cheese and squash together; add garlic salt.

4Mix well.

5Top with cracker crumbs and melted oleo.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
