Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes or juice
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
Directions

1Add salt to ground beef; brown and drain off grease.

2Add garlic, green pepper and onion.

3Cook until golden brown.

4Add tomato paste, tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings.

5Stir in Romano cheese.

6Cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

7Stir occasionally. Can also put in slow cooker for the day on low heat.

8Cook spaghetti noodles when ready to serve.
