- 7 small yellow squash
- 1 c. diced fine onion
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Directions

1Slice squash; boil in salted water until done.

2Drain and mash.

3Saute onion, cream and crackers in butter.

4Add to cooked squash and eggs; pour into greased casserole.

5Top with dots of butter and a few bread crumbs.

6Bake at 400° for 1/2 hour, or until firm.

7Serves 8 to 10.
