- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. dry breadcrumbs, divided
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Cut squash into 2-inch chunks.

2Boil squash or microwave until just tender.

3Place squash in colander and mash as much water as possible from squash.

4Let drain 10 minutes.
