- 2 1/4 lb. yellow squash
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook squash in enough water to cover until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Add sour cream, onion, butter, salt and pepper.

4Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
