Ingredients
- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Wash and cut up squash.

2Boil until tender; drain and mash. Add all ingredients except 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of crumbs to squash.

3Place in casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.

4Pour remaining melted butter over crumbs.

5Bake at 375° for about one hour or until brown on top. Serves 8.
