- 1 1/2 lb. tenderized round steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 pkg. dried Lipton beefy onion soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Cut steak into serving pieces and brown in skillet with small amount of oil.

2Transfer steak to baking dish.

3Mix water and soup together. Pour over steak; add mushrooms.

4Bake at 400° for one hour or until meat is tender.

5Great served with mashed potatoes or rice.
