Ingredients

  • 9/16 pound pasta linguine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 3/8 tablespoons Flora Original pro.activ
  • juice Zest and, half a lemon
  • 1 handful fresh parsley 5g, finely chopped
  • 5 1/4 ounces crabmeat fresh, white and/or brown, or a 170g can, drained
  • 1 handful rocket fresh, optional

Directions

    Cook the linguine according to pack directions.

    Meanwhile, heat the oil and gently saute the garlic and chilli until soft.
  3. 3
    Drain the pasta when cooked and toss together with the garlic-chilli mix, Flora pro.activ, lemon and parsley.

    Place in serving bowls and top with the crabmeat and rocket if using.
