Ingredients
- 9/16 pound pasta linguine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 3/8 tablespoons Flora Original pro.activ
- juice Zest and, half a lemon
- 1 handful fresh parsley 5g, finely chopped
- 5 1/4 ounces crabmeat fresh, white and/or brown, or a 170g can, drained
- 1 handful rocket fresh, optional
Directions

1Cook the linguine according to pack directions.

2Meanwhile, heat the oil and gently saute the garlic and chilli until soft.

3Drain the pasta when cooked and toss together with the garlic-chilli mix, Flora pro.activ, lemon and parsley.

4Place in serving bowls and top with the crabmeat and rocket if using.
