  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. minute tapioca
  • 3 c. V-8 juice

Directions

    No need to brown meat.

    Place meat and vegetables in roasting pan.

    Mix V-8 juice, salt, pepper, sugar and tapioca together. Pour over meat and vegies.

    You can use peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc.

    Bake in oven at 250° for 5 hours (covered).

    Stir at midway and taste.
