- 1 large onion
- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. minute tapioca
- 3 c. V-8 juice
Directions

1No need to brown meat.

2Place meat and vegetables in roasting pan.

3Mix V-8 juice, salt, pepper, sugar and tapioca together. Pour over meat and vegies.

4You can use peas, carrots, mushrooms, etc.

5Bake in oven at 250° for 5 hours (covered).

6Stir at midway and taste.
