- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 to 1/3 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- dash of soy sauce
Directions

1Mix last four ingredients well.

2Marinate fish 1/2 hour in refrigerator.

3Bake in 400° oven 6 to 8 minutes per 1/2 inch. Baste halfway through with remaining marinade.

4No need to turn fish.
