Baked Swordfish

  • 2 swordfish steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 to 1/3 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • dash of soy sauce

Directions

    Mix last four ingredients well.

    Marinate fish 1/2 hour in refrigerator.

    Bake in 400° oven 6 to 8 minutes per 1/2 inch. Baste halfway through with remaining marinade.

    No need to turn fish.
