- 1 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. chopped, cooked meat
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. beef stock or water
Directions

1Boil 2 cups water and salt.

2Stir in corn meal until mixture resembles mush.

3Season meat with chili powder.

4Put layer of corn meal in baking dish.

5Add meat.

6Cover with balance of corn meal. Pour in beef stock.

7Bake in 350° oven until nicely browned.
