- 4 whole Tilapia Fillets, Defrosted If Frozen
- Olive Oil
- Oregano, to taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced

1Preheat oven to 425F.

2Place onion slices in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.

3Rub a small amount of olive oil all over the tilapia.

4Place on the baking sheet on top of the onions.

5Season to taste with oregano, salt, and pepper.

7Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
