  • 4 whole Tilapia Fillets, Defrosted If Frozen
  • Olive Oil
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Sliced

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425F.

    Place onion slices in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.

    Rub a small amount of olive oil all over the tilapia.

    Place on the baking sheet on top of the onions.

    Season to taste with oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Top with sliced tomatoes.
