Baked Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 270 grams Onion
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

    Thinly slice the onions and cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.

    Cook the chicken and onions with olive oil.

    Season with salt and pepper (amount separate from listed ingredients) and continue to cook until the onions are wilted.

    Put 100 ml of the heavy cream into a deep dish.

    Dip the tortillas in the cream.

    Divide Step 2 into 8 portions and put a portion on each tortilla.

    Roll up the tortillas and arrange in a heatproof dish.

    Mix 1 teaspoon of salt into the rest of the heavy cream and pour over the top of the tortillas.

    Bake in an oven at 180C (356 F) for 13-15 minutes until nicely browned.
