- 270 grams Onion
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 2 Chicken breast
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions

1Thinly slice the onions and cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.

2Cook the chicken and onions with olive oil.

3Season with salt and pepper (amount separate from listed ingredients) and continue to cook until the onions are wilted.

4Put 100 ml of the heavy cream into a deep dish.

5Dip the tortillas in the cream.

6Divide Step 2 into 8 portions and put a portion on each tortilla.

7Roll up the tortillas and arrange in a heatproof dish.

8Mix 1 teaspoon of salt into the rest of the heavy cream and pour over the top of the tortillas.

9Bake in an oven at 180C (356 F) for 13-15 minutes until nicely browned.
