- 3 large potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 3 to 5 carrots
- 2 medium zucchini
- 3 medium yellow squash
- 2 c. broccoli
Directions

1Cut all vegetables to desired sizes.

2Mix together well.

3Put all vegetables in a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.

4(Spray dish with Pam before adding vegetables.)

5Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Remove.

7Stir well or turn vegetables.

8Continue cooking until tender.
