  • 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
  • 3/4 c. green peppers, cut in small chunks
  • 2 c. sliced celery
  • 2 c. canned or frozen green beans
  • 2 c. undrained canned tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a flat baking dish (non-aluminum). Cover tightly with foil.
