  • 16 oz. ziti pasta
  • 2 jars or 1 1/2 qt. your favorite Italian sauce
  • 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
  • cooked, crumbled ground beef or sausage (if desired, added to sauce)

Directions

    Cook ziti according to package directions; drain.

    Grease large casserole.

    Place layer of sauce in bottom.

    Add a layer of pasta; top with more sauce, 1/2 Ricotta mixture* and shredded Mozzarella; repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
