- 16 oz. ziti pasta
- 2 jars or 1 1/2 qt. your favorite Italian sauce
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
- cooked, crumbled ground beef or sausage (if desired, added to sauce)
Directions

1Cook ziti according to package directions; drain.

2Grease large casserole.

3Place layer of sauce in bottom.

4Add a layer of pasta; top with more sauce, 1/2 Ricotta mixture* and shredded Mozzarella; repeat layers.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
