Baker's Rich Egg Sandwich

- 2 slice Sliced bread
- 2 Eggs
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Margarine
- 1 dash Japanese mustard
Directions

1Make a hard boiled egg.

2In a pot, put in just enough water to cover an egg (but don't put the egg in yet) and boil.

3Once the water is boiling, turn the heat to medium and put the egg in the water.

4Boil for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

5Keep the egg in the hot water for another 15 minutes.

6Pour in water to cool and then peel the egg.

7Put the egg into a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly.

8When the egg has become crumbly, mix in the mayonnaise and salt.

9Spread the margarine and Japanese mustard on a slice of bread.

10Pile the egg mixture high (like a mountain) onto the middle of the bread.

11Top with another slice of bread, then while holding down the sides with chopsticks pressed down by your fingers, cut off the crusts.

12Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.
