  • 1 lb pork steak
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs

    Cut steaks in 1 inch cubes.

    Alternate pieces of veal and pork on 6 skewers.

    Dip in egg mix then crumbs.

    Brown in hot oil.
