- 4 to 5 fresh ripe peaches, peeled thinly and sliced
- 5 slices bread (day old preferred), cubed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
Directions

1Butter a 9 or 10-inch pie dish at least 1 1/2 inches deep. Place peaches in dish.

2Spread bread evenly over peaches.

3Mix melted butter, sugar, flour and egg together until well blended. Pour evenly over bread, making sure all bread is covered.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
