- 1 pkg. phyllo dough
- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 8 oz. nuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. honey
- grated peel of 1 orange or 1 lemon
- 1 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Line bottom with 2 sheets of phyllo.

3Sprinkle with butter and chopped nuts.

4Put on another layer of phyllo.

5Sprinkle with melted butter and alternate layers of nuts and phyllo, sprinkling butter on each layer until about 1 1/2-inch thick.

6Finish with 3 layers of phyllo.

7With a sharp knife, cut through the first 3 layers.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then increase to 400°.

9Bake until golden brown.

10Let cool.
