- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Dump into bowl with hash

3browns. Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and mayonnaise.

4Add soup, sour cream and mayonnaise mixture to potato mixture; salt and pepper to taste.

5Top with 2 cups crushed Rice Krispies tossed with 2 tablespoons melted butter.

6Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
