  • 1/3 cup ketchup

  • 4t dark brown sugar
  • 4t Dijon mustard
  • 2t molasses
  • 2t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper, plus more to taste
  • Kosher salt, to taste
