Balsamic Broiled Asparagus

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Place asparagus in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Brush half of the mixture over asparagus.

    Broil 4 in. from heat 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Brush with remaining mixture.
