- 1/2 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions

1Mix the balsamic vinegar and honey together and set aside.

2Mix the breadcrumbs and the Parmesan cheese.

3Pound the chicken to 1/2-inch thickness.

4Heat a frying pan to medium-high heat.

5Add olive oil.

6While it is heating up, press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to coat lightly.

7Saute the chicken until done, about 3 minutes each side.

8Remove chicken from the pan and keep warm.

9Carefully pour balsamic vinegar mixture into the fry pan and stir.

10It may splatter some, so be careful.

11Once it starts to thicken up, add the chicken back in to coat it.

12To serve, place the chicken on a platter and pour sauce over it.

13I serve it with rice and steamed broccoli.
