- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size strips
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 14 cup fresh chives (optional)
Directions

1Combine flour, salt, pepper.

2Dredge chicken in flour mix, shake off excess.

3Spray skillet with non-stack spray.

4Add chicken to warm skillet and cook till done.

5Transfer to holding plate.

6Reduce heat combine the soy sauce and sugar in skillet and cook until sugar dissolves.

7Stir in sesame seeds and sesame oil.

8And add chicken to pan to re-heat and coat with sauce.

9Transfer to serving plate and garnish with chives.
