Balsamic Chicken With Peppers

- 1 lb. chicken cutlets
- 8 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 c. water
- olive oil
- parsley
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1In large frying pan, saute five cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add chicken.

2Season with parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook until lightly browned.

4Add balsamic vinegar and water.

5Simmer an additional five minutes.

6In a separate pan, saute peppers, onion and remaining garlic in olive oil until desired tenderness.

7Serve pepper mixture over balsamic chicken.
