- 9 oz bean thread vermicelli noodles
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 6 None green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp chili bean sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- None None Cilantro leaves, to serve
Directions

1Place noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Let stand for 15 mins. Drain.

2Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry 4 of the green onions and garlic 1 min. Add ground pork and stir-fry 6 mins, until cooked through

3Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 mins. Add noodles and mix well.

4Serve topped with remaining green onions and cilantro leaves.
