Balsamic Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 13 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Popping Corn

Directions

    Heat the balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over a low heat.

    Simmer for about five minutes, or until reduced by half.

    Add the stick of butter and stir until melted.
  4. 4
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan (make sure the oil covers the base of the saucepan).

    Add the popping corn, put the lid on, and wait... and wait... and wait... when the popping starts, give the saucepan a shake every minute or so.

    When the popping has slowed right down, remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to the biggest bowl you own.

    Pour the balsamic buttery goodness over the top, toss using large salad servers or equivalent, and serve.

    Have some paper towel handy for sticky fingers!
