- 1 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 half chicken
- 1 1/4 salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 freshly ground black pepper
- 1 2/3 cup fat free less sodium chicken broth
Directions

1Combine broth

2Melt butter and oil in large non stick skillet over low heat

3While butter melts; sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

4Place four in shallow dish.

5Dredge chicken in flour; shake off access flour.

6On medium heat allow butter to turn golden brown.

7Add chicken to pan skin side first.

8Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

9Remove chicken from pan and place in oven to cook through for another 30 minutes @ 220.

10Add the broth mixture and bring to boil; and cook until reduced 1/2 cup about 3 minutes.

11Serve ssurce over chicken.

12Garnish with spring onion
