Balsamic Roasted Green Beans

  • 12 ounces, weight Green Beans
  • 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/3 cups Slivered Almonds
  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/3 cups Dried Cherries

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Place green beans in a single layer in a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over green beans. Sprinkle on slivered almonds. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

    Once cooked, top green beans with red onion and dried cherries. Serve warm.
