- about equal parts good balsamic vinegar to good quality extra virgin olive oil
- zest of one lemon
- juice of lemon
- .5t crushed red pepper
- 1t chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions

1pour balsamic into mixing bowl and slowly drizzle in oil while mixing. Be careful to not pour too fast, otherwise you will break the sauce. Once combined whisk in the rosemary, crushed red pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Refridgerate for at least 20 min.
