- 8 cups whole dry roasted peanuts
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon hot red pepper flakes
- 14 cup sugar
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Add the peanuts and 1 cup sugar.

3Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring until nuts are golden brown and sugar has carmelized - about3-4 minutes.

4Remove nuts to a large bowl.

5Add cumin and pepper flakes.

6Toss to distribute seasonings.

7Let cool,then toss with remaining sugar.

8Serve immediately, or let cool and store tightly covered.
