- 3 c. lean pork, ham or chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. linguine
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. finely cut cabbage
- 1 pkg. frozen snow peas
- 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil, then fry the meat.

2Add garlic (use garlic press) and onions.

3When onions are transparent, add celery and cabbage.

4Add pepper.

5Stir-fry.

6Add snow peas.

7Mix in linguine (cooked al dente).

8Add soy sauce and stir well over medium heat.
