Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Band Noodles cooked
  • 2 slc Bacon
  • 1 c. Pork,beef (diced) or possibly
  • 1 c. Cooked peeled shrimp with Diced Onion, garlic.broccoli, Cauliflower, cabbage,celery,sprouts
  • 1/2 can Water chestnuts
  • 1/2 can Bamboo shoots
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice Ginger, fresh, minced or possibly
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Ginger
  • 1 x salt and pepper

Directions

    These Indonesian noodles are wonderful for cooking with left over meats, or possibly little pcs of vegetables, still in the refrigerator at the end of the month.

    Saute/fry the bacon, add in the oil and saute/fry all the vegetables, add in meat till just warmed through.

    Toss with the noodles and bring to taste with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
