- 3 bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips(optional)
Directions

1preheat oven to 350F

2using a fork, smash 3-4 bananas in a large bowl.

3using a wooden spoon, mix the smashed bananas with the melted butter

4add the egg, sugar and vanilla and mix well

5add the baking soda and the salt and mix well

6add the flour and mix well

7add chocolate chips(optional)

8pour into a greased 4x8 loaf pan

9bake for at least an hour, depending on how many bananas you added
