- 3 1/2 lb. lean meat, cubed
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- shortening or oil
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 6 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. whole or ground cumin
- salt to taste
- small amount flour or cracker meal
Directions

1Toast cumin (if whole) lightly.

2Saute onions and garlic in oil.

3Sear meat until greyish color.

4Place all in large pot.

5Add water to cover.

6Let simmer, stirring often, for 1 1/2 hours.
