- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.

3Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

4Beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly.

5Pour into pan(s).

6Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Remove from pan. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
