- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
- 2 or 3 bananas, mashed
Directions

1Put all dry ingredients in a bowl.

2Set aside.

3In a separate bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, bananas and milk.

4Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add liquids.

5Stir until mixed well with a wooden spoon.

6Pour into a greased bread pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
