Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
  • 2 or 3 bananas, mashed

    Put all dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Set aside.

    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, bananas and milk.

    Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add liquids.

    Stir until mixed well with a wooden spoon.

    Pour into a greased bread pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
