  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 sticks Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cups White Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1/2 cups Nuts Or Chocolate Chips (OPTIONAL)

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease one 9x13 inch pan.

    2. Combine mashed up banana and sour cream in a bowl, set aside.

    3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.

    4. Beat in eggs, then stir in vanilla and the banana mixture. Set aside.

    5. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Slowly blend this into the banana mixture. Fold in the nuts or chips, if desired.
