  • 1 c. oleo
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Sift together flour and soda.

    Cream shortening thoroughly. Add sugar and cream until fluffy.

    Add eggs.

    Alternate dry ingredients and milk.

    Fold in bananas.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch pans at 350° for 30 minutes.
