  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • dash of salt
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and beat.

    Add bananas, part of the flour and part of the sour cream.

    Baking soda is added and dissolved and more flour and sour cream.

    Bake in greased and floured pan at 350° for 1 hour.

    Test with toothpick. Take out and let it cool on rack.
