  • 1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. baby food mashed bananas
  • 1/4 tsp. mace
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. soft margarine
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix cake according to directions on box except use the bananas and water for the amount of liquid. Add mace, salt, vanilla and margarine. Cook in a sheet cake pan.

    If you use yellow cake mix instead of lemon, add a tablespoon of lemon juice.
