  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. cake flour or more
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (in flour)

    Mix thoroughly the eggs, sugar and butter.

    Add bananas; mix well.

    Add vanilla and cake flour.

    Mixture must be quite thick, so add more flour, if not thick enough.

    Add baking powder with flour.
