- 15 c. popped popcorn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt in saucepan and heat until it bubbles.

2Simmer 5 minutes longer.

3Remove from heat; add baking soda until foamy, then add the popped popcorn.

4Mix until the popped corn is coated, then divide into two 9 x 13-inch pans and bake for 1 hour at 200°.

5Stir every 15 minutes.
