- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 dash salt

1Peel bananas.

2Thinly slice about 1/8 inch thick.

4In a wok or saucepan, heat oil to 375F on a deep frying thermometer.

5Add banana slices in small batches without crowding.

6Fry about 3 mins until golden brown.

7Drain chips on paper towel and sprinkle with salt to taste.
