  • 20 oz. can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • paprika

Directions

    Put all ingredients except salt and paprika in a blender or food processor and puree.

    Season with salt.

    Garnish with paprika.

    Serve with pita bread.
