- 3 c. chopped onions
- 6 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. crystallized ginger pieces, chopped
- 2 c. seedless raisins
- 2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

2Pour the mixture into sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.

3Serve as a side dish with any curry or as a garnish with cold beef, chicken or ham.
