  • 1/2 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk (chilled), or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. light honey
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • lemon slice (garnish)

Directions

    Combine banana, buttermilk or yogurt, honey and lemon juice in blender and mix well.

    Pour into chilled glass and garnish with lemon slice.

    Makes 3/4 cup.
