- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. Karo light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
- 1 c. ripe bananas, mashed (2)
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

3In a separate bowl, beat at medium speed the eggs, syrup and corn oil.

4Add bananas.

5Stir in flour mixture until moist.

6Stir in dates and walnuts.

7Bake for 60 to 70 minutes.

8Makes 1 loaf.
